CurrentFounderRemote sales talent
RepSelect is a platform for the remote sales industry. Sales professionals use it to build stronger profiles and show their experience and skills. Companies hiring sales talent use it to find them.
It also includes the RepSelect community, which grew out of Closer College.
CurrentFounderAI sales training & coaching
RepLift is AI-powered sales training and coaching. Salespeople use it to practice with AI roleplay, get support on live calls, review their calls, and keep developing their skills through evaluations and practice.

Community · Christian entrepreneurs · Invite-only
An invite-only community for Christian entrepreneurs who want to master their craft, build excellent things, serve people well, and do business in a way that reflects their faith.
I don’t believe business, ambition, or earning money are inherently opposed to following Jesus. The question is what sits underneath them: what we love, why we build, and what our work is for.
Entrepreneurship can be difficult and lonely, and a lot of business culture celebrates hustle at the expense of family, money at the expense of service, and growth at the expense of building genuinely good things.
Avodah Collective is about a different way of building. We work hard, develop the gifts and abilities God has given us, plan carefully, execute with discipline, and try to serve people exceptionally well. But we leave the outcomes to God. Success can be a by-product. It cannot be the god.
And work should never become an excuse to neglect love, joy, peace, family, our relationship with God, or the rest of the fruit the Spirit is supposed to produce in us.
The goal is simple: do business God’s way.

Sales community · Became the RepSelect community
Closer College was a sales community I created on Skool to help salespeople get better at selling, land roles, and grow into sales leadership.
After RepSelect launched and started to grow, Closer College became the RepSelect community.
Coaching · Recruiting · Sales leadership
Sales was always the part of the work I cared about most, and over time it became the work itself.
I coached business owners and salespeople, and built a model where salespeople were placed onto offers and then managed and coached. That led into recruiting and placement, including helping people land marketing roles.
I coached setters and closers at Closers.io, through its Remote Closing Academy program, working with a large number of them. From there, I continued building and leading sales teams across multiple coaching businesses, working across sales operations, systems and CRM, recruiting, hiring, training, and management.
These years of coaching, recruiting, and sales leadership helped shape what eventually became RepSelect.
Social media · Advertising · Lead generation
I started building audiences online young, then spent years deliberately learning sales and leadership. The agency combined the two: it began as a social media agency, one of my first sustained online businesses.
Over time it moved from social media growth to advertising, then broader agency services, and finally lead generation. I built the outreach, sales, and delivery systems, and later had a team handling parts of acquisition and fulfillment. The further it went, the more I wanted to focus on sales.
